Data Protection

Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is also a special concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website and our webshop.

Contacting Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions for six months. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data Storage

We point out that for the purpose of facilitating the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as your contact data and order data. In addition, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data are also stored by us: name, residential and/or delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, correspondence, if applicable credit card or bank account details and identification documents.
The data provided by you are required for contract fulfillment or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

Data Deletion

If a purchase process is aborted, the data stored by us will subsequently be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored beyond this until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act and Article 6 (1) (a) and/or (b) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website and our webshop use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our services more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

We do not use any web analytics services. Should this be the case at a later time, we will inform you separately! The European Court of Justice has determined with regard to the USA that it is a country with an inadequate level of data protection. In this context, there is in particular the risk that data may be processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes without an effective legal remedy being available.
