2. Confirmation / Purchase offerAfter submitting your sale, you will automatically receive an acknowledgment of receipt. Our purchase offer will be sent to you via email as soon as your goods have been received and inspected by us.
3. Delivery of the goodsIf you would like us to organize the transport of your goods, one of our logistics staff will contact you to arrange a pickup appointment. Alternatively, you may ship the goods at your own risk or personally deliver them to one of our branches. Please pack your precious metals discreetly in a neutral box to conceal the contents.
Upon receipt of your goods, we will inspect them for weight and metal alloy using state-of-the-art technology, such as XRF X-ray equipment or abrasion testing.
4. PaymentBased on the results, we will calculate your purchase price according to the current precious metal rate. You will receive a binding offer via email, phone, or in writing. Upon acceptance, we will immediately transfer the amount to the bank account you provided.
Cash payments must be arranged in advance with the respective branch.
